The health and safety of our site operatives and your staff is paramount and we are extremely proud of our Health & Safety record. We will prepare a pre-start Health and Safety plan for all projects, which we will implement at all times. This will incorporate any H&S procedures you already have in place and will hi-light any processes which carry a particular risk. We will provide you with a full set of RAMS (risk assessments and method statements) and will request that you provide us with an asbestos report if the building was constructed before the year 2000.
Certain projects fall within CDM (Construction, Design & Management) regulations 2015. If so we will appoint a CDM Co-Ordinator who will make sure that the contract is carried out in accordance with the regulations and all legal liabilities are met.
