CID Studyspace completed a large-scale canteen and kitchen fit-out for a school in Harlow, Essex. With a growing number of students and staff, the school wanted to create a modern, spacious dining area that could comfortably serve over 300 people each day. Our team designed and planned the layout to optimize the available space, fitting new ceilings and slip-resistant flooring while ensuring the entire space was decorated to a high standard. The canteen features a bespoke wall decal as a focal point, with bright orange accents on the supporting columns to bring warmth and energy to the area. The dining space was finished with durable, brightly colored tables, creating an inviting environment for students and staff alike.

The adjoining professional kitchen is separated from the main canteen area, complete with hygienic wall cladding, a slip-resistant floor, and a ventilation and extraction system. A custom stainless steel servery was also installed to facilitate efficient meal service and maintain a high standard of hygiene. This new facility allows the school to provide high-quality, efficient dining services for its expanding community.
